Our staff welcomes your calls regarding any aspect of your treatment or billing. Our nurses have been trained and are able to answer many of the questions you may have.

If your problem is more complex, the nurse will discuss your questions with your physician. Your call may then be returned after office hours. Please understand that it is difficult for the doctors to take calls during their examination hours.

In order to provide you with the best care, please call our office during regular office hours when our staff has access to your medical records. After office hours and on weekends, calls are answered by our answering service and given to the physician on call.
